Seis building is a commission made by Franco Somigli, a fleeting collaborator of the studio, who once finished his internship, became independent and set up his own studio. Together with other young architects, he joined forces and began to develop real estate projects to later present them to investors who wanted to develop them. This is how they developed the blueprint for Seis Bulding, and then they asked me to develop it as partners in order to incorporate an architect with more experience and thus give investors peace of mind.

The preliminary project was very interesting, so I was grateful for this invitation and so together, we developed this medium-sized apartment building, very well located in which each unit functions more like a house than a collective housing.
