Schnitzer house, located in front of a golf course, is also located in the Cachagua area.

On the other side of the court you can see the sea.

That is why we proposed to make an inverted house, meaning we located the public area and the main bedroom on the upper floor, leaving the children’s rooms and the service at ground level.

As in the Casa La Roca in Uruguay, we proposed a concrete table that would support a volume of wood.

Inside, the main level is a continuous space, which is related to the spirit of Casa Raul, thinking it especially for the many weekends, that Dominique and Andrés (the clients), would come alone.
