1 – 1 House Las Musas, is a complex made up of a one-room house, a guest house and a yoga room, located on the shores of a small lagoon, a vineyard, native forest, soft meadows and a distant view of the sea, where the Garzón lagoon runs to the sea.
The complex is located two kilometers from José Ignacio, a small town north of Punta del Este, which has become a quiet and exclusive summer resort, close to good wine cellars, gastronomy and nature.
To preserve the environment of the place, the buildings are designed as a set of volumes of wood and concrete, perched subtly on the ground, with green or corten roofs, depending on whether or not they are habitable.
Each volume has its own identity, which despite their differences maintain as a common denominator, the absence of corridors, the dynamism of the spaces, which can be opened, closed, joined or divided, according to the requirement.
